It all began with wanting to make good places
We are a Lithuanian family that builds and runs hotels and restaurants. Over the years the cities, the buildings and the projects have changed. What has stayed is the wish to do things well, to look after the people we work with, and to add to the places we ourselves want to be in.
The founder of the collection, Juozas Tubinas, saw to it that anyone coming to rest in Klaipėda or Palanga would find a great deal of art and design, music and wisdom. Exhibitions and plein-airs by well-known Lithuanian painters are held here, along with live concerts, tastings, seminars and other events.

A standing agreement for companies, groups and travel agencies: one agreed price, the invoice to your company, and one contact for every hotel.
Business stays
One agreed price that doesn't move, or a set amount off every booking. We invoice the company.
Groups
A camp, a training week, a tournament. One price per person, and we can arrange the meals at every house.
Travel trade
A price below the one guests pay, and one contact for all four houses.
Public sector
Prices in writing for the whole year: one fixed price per room or a fixed discount on the day's rate. We invoice the institution.
